We are now focused on the New Year edition of CXFO London Club at the Pirate Castle and I wanted to share with you a little about what to expect. Our theme is "Conversation".
I am delighted to announce that Elizabeth Stokoe will be joining us on 30th January.
We spend much of our days talking yet we know little about the conversational engine that drives our everyday lives. We are pushed and pulled around by language far more than we realise yet are seduced by stereotypes and myths about communication.
As Professor of Social Interaction and author of The Science of Conversation, Liz will change the way you think of talk whilst explaining the big pay-offs to help understand conversation scientifically. You will learn how to apply some subtle changes that will produce real and tangible results.
On the day there will, of course, be some surprises and you will also hear from author and sales mindfulness trainer, Anis Qizilbash, on the art of sales conversations, more about behaviour with our very own Morris Pentel and have BOT experiences with Simon Neve from Wizu. This again will be a day about experiences and discussions.
